Realm First! Guild Level 25

Truth is it will be 137 days till you reach this in an active guild. And somewhere about mid jan to early feb your guild if not active and large enough will fail to really meet the 6.256M xp daily it needs most likely. No one will be leveling up right and left and everyone will be raiding.

Now if you get massive xp for raiding or doing heroics where you are at cap anyway then I am wrong. Either way Blizzard dropped the ball here by removing the Guild XP from achievements, It would have only effected those dedicated guilds from the start, but in the end even the smaller ones could have caught up fully or nearly.

At this point every guild that caps will be L25 on the same day and around the same time, in 137 days from release, in addition same goes for exalted rep 12 weeks

Something very important that should be noted is that there is a limit of how much XP your guild can gain each day. At least on beta, up till around level 15 there wasn't any problems in reaching the cap daily within a few hours of the reset. These numbers are not final, but if they intend to keep the cap in place, you can expect several guilds hitting 25 the same day, even very close to each other as there is a limit in how fast you can obtain the level cap.

Level 25 requires 54,730k
