Got this (and almost realm first 85) by doing quick runs of Blackrock Caverns from 80-82, and then questing in empty zones until 85.
Leveling is pretty fast when you have the zones all to yourself :)

Oh this one might take awhile with all the butchering blizzard did to warriors in 4.0.3.
