Got This one today 11/9-19 and you do NOT need the killing blow. Cause i just did it and all of us 3 got the achivement.
+ side i got the Island mount Stonehide Elderhorn afterwards.

Did this achievement today with 2 guys from Achievement Discord.
We made it first try on the Ruins of Un'gol Island. Found that starfish on the coastal side of the Island. It's easy to find as it is an orange glowing star. If u picked it up just head to the other faction and use the starfish on a low HP player. Then just kill him and everyone in your group will get the achievement. GL!
