Take Them Out

Are these captains ingame atm or not?
I completed my entire nemesis quests and not seen a single one.

Use [item=117381] to kill Vanguard Samuelle instantly before he bubble hearths.

Finished this achievement last night 19 Aug 2015 as Horde. A few things i noticed:

- The alliance captains (the ones a horde needs to kill) spawn when the alliance counter is reached. Two counts are shown, one for alliance and one for horde. As an example, the alliance counter may be "24/50". The alliance captain will spawn when the alliance team kills enough horde reach the counter.

- when a captain spawns, it will run to the section of the road where the flag is currently being contested.

- when a captain spawns, the faction counter will reset to 0, and the kill requirement will increase (ie, at 50/50 kills, a captain spawns and the counter resets to "0/200")

- it appears that the closer the horde pushes the contested flag towards the alliance base, the lower the kill requirement is for the alliance to spawn a captain. I'm assuming it works the same for horde spawning their captains too.

- it appears that regardless of the counter, a captain is ALWAYS spawned when the last flag is captured in front of the enemy base. I saw this at least 8 times last night with a particularly good horde group that was repeatedly pushing the road and killing the alliance leader in the base.

- targetting macros work wonders, almost missed the last one i needed for the achievement because i didn't see him spawn and would have missed him in the mass of bodies fighting without it.

- You need a group that is capping flags and killing the faction leader to get reliable spawns. The one thing that got me the most kills for this achievement were the "guaranteed" captain spawns that occurred when we captured the last flag prior to pushing into the alliance base.
