Just got this FoS today, 27 Jan, after reaching 2500 Mythic+ rating so it seems that, weirdly enough, it's still available during the Midnight pre-patch (20 January - 3 March).
in the past i know you had to time both sides of a mega dungeon to be awarded the portal, not sure if this is the case for you. Thought id mention it
