@Hollo6 Because current GMs have no clue. They are probably not even Blizzard, they just follow some script and informations they give are either wrong, different, you can tell they don't even play sometimes, or it's just an AI. And sloppy implementations like this "tracker" is now common. Blizzard used to do clean work regarding completion, now it's more messy than a plate of spaghetti. And I would bet game designers just throw whatever the marketing tell them to do regardless if it results in a good gaming experience for achievers. That is so sad btw.
