Just got the Fire Poppy today using the "swim out, fly up, glider down"-method that is part of a lot of the timeless isle movement. I swam out to approx /way 38.0, 8.0 (just swim out until you reach the "Time-Lost-Waters", mount up, fly high and fly towards /way 40.00, 26.00 . There should be a rare mob called "Flintlord Gairan". There are a few Fire Poppies around his general area, so just glider over to him and eat your greens...or reds.

Since you cannot get the legendary cloak post-MoP, how do you get a Fire Poppy for this achievement?
