Honor from War Supply crate did not count towards achievement, not sure if this is because I have completed the world quests in the area, or because the crate dropped within the City of Threads area and this does not count as Azj-Kahet.
Update: Honor from War Supply chests that drop outside of City of Threads do indeed count towards the achievement
