This bugged for me. I completed 8/8 on NM, adventure guide recognises that as well as wow armory, but this has Dathea, Ascended greyed out for me still.

I sent Blizzard a ticket about this achievement and they couldn't do anything about it. They do know that it's bugged however:
Thank you for contacting Blizzard support, I am Game Master Mostrenniz and I will be taking care of your request.
I understand the raid achievement Vault of the Incarnates cannot be obtained, this is not ideal and I will be taking a look at it
However, in this situation it is not possible to assist, I understand this can be frustrating, but even we as Game Masters cannot overcome our limitations and provide the achievement here.
Nevertheless, we still wish you have a great day regardless of the circumstances.
