There's a large ship located east of Zeb'ahari. Rare is on the deck of ship.

Atal'zul Gotaka looks like a troll berserker and fits the role: not too bad until he enrages. Still, easily soloable.
He has 216k health at level 120. His melee attacks deal 2.3 to 3.3k physical damage.
He has three abilities:
1) Wallop: physical attack with a 1sec cast time; deals 4.9 to 6.1k physical damage and knocks you back. It can knock you over the ship railings so watch your step.
2) Intimidating Presence: 2 second fear with a 1.5 sec cast time. When he casts this he yells, "Fear me powa!"
3) Enrage: triggers at 50% health. Last 2 minutes. Increases his physical damage by 10% and attack speed by 30%. Can be soothed.
