TheWoWDBIt is something of a trip meeting Exarch Akama after knowing him as the Ashtongue Deathsworn broken that he became in the regular timeline. I am willing to bet that it is a trip for other NPCs to see him as a normal Draenei instead of the broken he became.
Interesting to note; he keeps the scythes that he got from the farmers in Shadowmoon even as a broken in the original timeline.

OMG the scythes! Incredibly well-spotted. And yes, it was awesome to see Akama as his original self.
When clicking on him, he will sometimes say, "You cannot break me.". That's very... Well, ironic, sadly enough.
