TheWoWDBA new vanity pet will be available after 4.3.2 hits, also called: "eye of the legion".
One can assume the pet will be based off this NPC.
Only information available at the moment is that it is a common loot card in the up coming TCG, Timewalkers: War of the Ancients.

Appearantly by tanking them away from the group and all dps staying behimd you can reduce damage
So I decided to enslave one of these today, and as a Demo lock they put out a significant amount of damage.
What's noteworthy is that [spell=102356] isn't the only ability they have. Fel Flames has a 3 second cooldown, while their second ability, [spell=102361] is spammed constantly, dealing a lot of damage.
