You must use a team of secret pets to defeat him, to receive the quest awarding the Golden Muffin.

I used:

Baa'l (1/1/2)
Spyragos (1/2/2)
Snowclaw Cub (1/2/1)

Start with Baa'l.
Scorched Earth
Shadowflame x3
Death from environmental AOE

Bring out Spyragos. If he dies during this, restart. Sometimes Honky-Tonk has crits or good hits.
Deep Burn x4
Any (death from stuns/Fezwick)

Bring out Snowclaw Cub.
Flash Freeze
Deep Freeze (this stunned Fezwick each time I attempted this - if no stun, may be close)
Bite x3

This is a strategy with the three secret pets that are purchasable on the AH. Unfortunately, this is very RNG based and is not successful every time but I've had a few wins while testing this. All pets were level 25 and boosted to Rare level.

Sun Darter Hatchling (1/2/2)
Taptaf (1/1/1)
Wicker Pup (1/1/2)

If Judgement gets a crit, the Sprite Darter will die too early and you must restart.
This section can be very close, with the Sun Darter hanging on by just a few hp before the last Blinkstrike. Pretty RNG but seemed to work consistently for me. Judgement will still have a small amount of HP when the Sprite Darter dies.

Bring out Taptaf. If he gets stunned at any point, restart.

If Honky Tonk is close to dying, you can use Infected Claw first, as using Consume Corpse won't help - Sunlight is about to run out at this stage.

Keep Barkskin up and use Infected Claw, and remember your last Consume Corpse at about half health. Unfortunately RNG makes this part of the fight almost unplannable. I got about a 40-50% win rate with this group.

Flame breath, deep freeze- I won the battle where deep freeze stun succeeded. Enemy pet changes to Honky Tonk, Then chain lightning and flame breath until spyragos dies
Wicker Pup comes in. Barkskin, chaos nova. Infected claw as filler, chaos nova when up, barkskin when one charge left. Managed to take down honky-tonk and judgement and get some progress on fezwick before dying
