Soloable as a feral druid (889 equipped, Prydaz / Kil'jaeden as legendaries so nothing special). The only deadly part of him is [spell=204517], otherwise what little damage he puts out, you can easily outheal. So just kite while Soul Exhaustion is on you and you'll be fine.
Kill this guy credit the quest Take out the Head...... for class mount even though it's not appeared on the minimap
Just go to the coordinate and kill him

The map marks it with vignette 1,883, which the client hides once hidden tracking quest 46092 is complete. In game, /run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(46092)) prints true when that quest is flagged for your character.
