The NPC that will teleport you to him is Spirit of Olum and is located near the entrance, before the first pull.
Surprised no one has mentioned that he sells Shadow Resistance gear PATTERNS/PLANS, needed for the Mother Shahraz fight. It also comes in handy for M'uru/Entropius in Sunwell Plateau. Patterns (or whatever the case may be) are 8 gold each.
