I want this as a toy SO badly!

If you ask him, "May I have a marsuul?" you'll get the 'Shoulder Marsuul' buff which puts a cute little marsuul on your shoulder for half an hour.
Make sure to dismount first. You can neither get the buff nor see the shoulder marsuul if you're mounted.

It seems like he should be giving the player a pet, as he's surrounded by "Tamed Marsuul"s, and If you talk to him, he says "The creatures of Argus are as resilient as we are." and has the dialogue option of "May I have a marsuul?" - however, when you select it, the dialogue box closes and nothing happens.

He's in the Exodar during the heritage armor questline for Draenei, as part of a large group of Draenei gathered for the event during the quest. I'm not sure if he disappears after you complete the questline. (I'm not finishing the quest until I confirm whether or not a pet should be available from this guy haha. I don't wanna miss it by completing it and then finding out it got bug fixed and is only available during the quest instance...)
