TheWoWDBAfter completing the Garrison Weekly, you can find Thisalee, Choluna, and the other Druids of the Talon, standing on a ledge overlooking Gorgorek, the Breaker, turned to stone.
I suspect it's these petrified Gronn & Gorgron who are "The Sleepers", and I bet someone has a plan to waken them...

Thanks for the clue. I'm stuck after completing http://www.wowhead.com/quest=34337. But after physically going to where your screen shot is, the druids are not turned to stone. The gron seem to be, but the druids are here and seem to be fine. Now if I can just find the next part of the quest... :/
