TheWoWDBFound outside of Dalaran on one of the floating rocks. So far this NPC has said the following.
When I first arrived: "Greg! Dance harder! People actually showed up to this scam... I mean event!"
After a few seconds: "This is it Greg! We finally hit the big time! People from all over Azeroth are here at OUR event!"
Edit: "I pay you dance Greg, not mope! So put some boogie into it!"
"Greg. You're fired."
Sadly, if this is a reference. I do not understand it.

Not sure when it was changed but as of patch 8.3.7 the Tournament Announcer is using the same click on voice lines as some of the Kul Tiran NPC's in Boralus.
