Note before starting: I tried my very best to not include store bought pets, TCG pets, pets that you have to get a specific breed, and very hard to get pets. For a few fights I did have to use pets with a specific breed because I was spending hours trying to perfect a strat and it just wasn't working without a certain breed. Also, a lot of the BfA fights don't have rigid movesets like previous expansions did. For a lot of these new fights, you have to be a bit more flexible. Addons I definitely recommend:
Battle Pet BreedID - helps you determine which breed your pet is!
Rematch - changes the Pet Journal UI and adds SO much for you for sorting, adds a leveling pet queue, etc. There's seriously a lot. My favorite is that it lets you save teams!
PetTracker - Shows you the cooldowns of the enemy team. VERY IMPORTANT. Also shows you trainers on your map. For some reason not all of them are listed in the basic WoW UI.

2 pet leveling strat

dream whelpling, with emerald bite, emerald presence and healing flame,
leveling pet, you can use a level 1 pet here but I'd recommend at least a level 2 as it will take an aoe hit or 2,
direbeak hatchling with falcosaur swarm, ironskin and predatory strike.

emerald presence, healing flame,
emerald bite until emerald presence has 1 round remaining,
once emerald presence has one round remaining refresh it,
healing flame then use emerald bite until Scales is defeated, will usually take two.
Breaker enters, just cast emerald bite until breaker is defeated, if you feel it's needed you can use healing flame to heal a little,
once Breaker is defeated Stickers enters - emerald bite until your Dream Whelpling is defeated,
once your dream whelpling is defeated bring in your leveling pet and then swap straight out to your direbeak hatchling,
