Does this weapon's effect proc off of Sunder Armor and Hamstring, or is it just on white hits?

Procs from all attacks, Sunder Armor, Hamstring, Rend, H-Strike, MS, Even Thunderclap, and ofc. Sword Spec.

This is the sword that Staghorn (Oxhorn's friend) wears during a few of the videos, atleast one of them, which makes it impossible for him to be a lvl 33 which is said in one of the episodes ^^

The definition of Fatal is "Causing death". Therefore the flavour text "Delivers a fatal wound for 160 damage" would have to be from the tick of a DoT that was applied and never dropped off otherwise that 160 damage would most probably not be fatal.

After enchanting this with 15 strength it auctioned for 350g within 6 hours of posting.
