It is sold by Galissa Sundew at the dock, in the darkmoon faire , 52,88, for 100 darkmoon daggermaws

Two dropped in Vigil hill for me. West most Island of Tiragarde Sound. I threw them out by accident and got a yellow treasure map while trying to require it. I was killing Orkin Pillagers and Orontide Skyriders and Raiders. 10-15 minutes to re-acquire the Faded Map. 1 yellow 3 faded in this area. The first 2 came just while finishing the quests. I also got a Soggy map doing the bonus objective that follows the basic quests.

The treasure is on the WEST of the map, not the north east.

you can only complete this once per character. but the darkmoon faire tickets are now warband transferable so you can make a bunch of toons and get enough tickets to buy everything in a few hours

The character need to be lvl 15 minimum to buy it
