Where does people get that icon is the same as the sword that corrupted Arthas ''Killed'' Muradin (In Storm Peaks we know that hes alive and a King over the frostborn, or thats how i got it) would share the Icon of 3 Other low level sword? Could someone get me an answer?

This icon seem to excists in a lvl 52 weapon,so Blizzard made this icon before BC,there have been past 3 years and Blizzard doesnt have yet release the real Frostmourne,so if they are gonna to a so much epic weapon like Frostmourne is not gonna have an icon like that,Blizzard propably is gonna make an another, better icon that it fits more.

The simple reason is 50% of all World of Warcraft icons were originally copied from the preceding game Warcraft 3, and this icon was used for the "Frostmourne Pedistal" doodad in Warcraft 3. There's no significance to the icon being that of Frostmourne beyond simplifying development time.

Its not redundant because one can enchant it with other enchantments. In order for it to be redundant it would need to be pointless information. I'd say demonslaying on the demonslayer is more appropriate than ironic or redundant. When used in the context of the English language, redundancy is pointless repetition. Saying something is "very, very big" or that something was "very nearly tangible... almost graspable" places emphasis on a concept - thus, non redundant repetition. I agree in other contexts redundancy can be useful to ensure fidelity.

demonslayer with demon slaying enchant isn't ironic, it's redundant. ironic would be a mace called the hammer of healing on shadow priest, because it's made to heal things and instead it's being used to destroy redundant would be saying a dead corpse, as corpse means it's dead, another example would be dead carcass, for the same reason.

@ Eddm ^^ - It's value = transmog value - With many enchants this weapon looks great and unique, not many people sporting this as their weapon transmorg, thus an eye catcher. RP or not people care about how they look.

There seems to be very little want for this item, at current price of 300g, on my server. Tbh, i wouldnt pay very much for this item either. Without stats, this weapon really is only very useful againt Demons, and even then, not more than some other weapons around this lvl. If you find it, id suggest to attempt to sell it, but dont go too high. No one's dropping some decent cash for something like this, unless its for a RP purpose.

Found this in the Ruins of Sha'naar in one the small huts. Opened up a sturdy chest and picked it up. I'll never get why the Taskmasters, being demons, keep a sword specifically made for slaughtering demons in an unlocked chest. Also - the chest was located in the hut with one of those friendly broken NPCs. Genius.

Transmogrify: Since the ability to transmog items has become available. Items need to not only be discussed in relation to their stats, comparisons to other similar label items, etc. The true usefulness of an item when it has passed it's level range, is it's appearance. For some items, once deemed useless have become sought after items for their appearance and may serve as "useful" for a very long time. This is where I see the value of an item like this. The appeal of this weapon is in it's simple, yet distinctly unique design. Unlike a lot of other weapons, this appears to be designed to showcase the weapon's enchant. Look at the pictures, those with weapon enchants are beautiful and cover the entire blade. The wielder, depending on the enchant, appears to be fighting with pure flame, or white electricity. Fortunatly, people try very hard to hone a unique look, thus items which are rare and appealing hold a very important value. There are only two other weapons with the same model as this in game, both of which are also world drops. Personally, I'm almost exclusively playing a priest, but I'm putting the one that dropped for me into the guild bank and advertize it's good looks to my guildies.

With transmogrification, you only need the item once, which means if it costs 22g to sell your gear, that is how much it costs to transmog the gear, if you're duel wielding 2H that cost that much, , it would be 44g. Still cheaper than buying it twice.

I litterly got this on my hunter. I was discussing with a bunch of no-lives today who said they got it as well, also The Blade of Misfortune many times. Now that I look at it, I think they're obviously lying braggarts.
