This is a very expensive novalty item used for in game weddings or looking unique. In real life, a Dangui along with a Hanabuk are traditional korean wedding clothing.

this item is the best lvl 1 twink Chest.... if you are going to make a lvl 1 dodge twink then get +15def rating on it... many ppl says +6 all stats... but for a dodge twink +15def rating is better... it give almost 10% dodge chance.. my lvl 1 twink got both +6all stats and +15def rating... and with the +15def rating i got 93.03% dodge chance, NO HITS on you!!!

As of 4.1, this is no longer true: all of the linked items (including this one) are now just item level 1, and any enchants that you would have put on them probably won't be active until level 25. On the other hand, they're all still pretty good to look at, so make great RP items.

Here's a tip for all trying to buy this dress ... do not mistake it for the [item=13895]. The names are surprisingly similar, if you don't pay close attention. The Royal one is half the price (35g) of the Formal one (73g). Don't be like me and not realize there's two, and buy the wrong one, being all non-nonchalant about it. ... and then come to WoWhead, not able to figure out why everyone's talking about how rare it is, and think Blizzard must've nerfed it. ... Guess I'm camping the vendor in Moonglade, now. :D
