Edge of Winter

Proc rate seems to only be 2 or 3%. The weapon has a nice white glow to it however.

It already appears to have a glowing aura. Even more so if Crusader were put on it.

This weapon, as of cataclysm, has been a pain in the dagger to forge for my warrior alt. The rewarding weapons were as pathetic excuses for axes as they get. Spending a long time on two weapons I thought would result in frostbolts flying and slowing enemies down in PvP ended up in a complete disappointment. A whole battleground and it procced only 5 times, though I still topped the charts.

Might be good for transmog. I say might because whether something is good for transmog or not is a matter of personal opinion. Either way, it looks like it would fit the requirements.

This weapon is particularly good for transmogrification if you don't like the look of your weapon enchants, because the weapon's own icy glow overrides enchant graphics. At least, it does for Landslide.

Surprisingly unimpressive for a seasonal item... but hey, mogs for the mog gods, right?
