This is definitely not worth the materials. Trust me. The DPS is laughable, the top-end makes it an awful MH (though I don't know who would MH a 1.6 speed dagger...) and the proc is useless. With proper tanking and a feint or two, a rogue should never need this. Chalk Black Amnesty up to the eBay rogue's dream and go for something better...like a Heartseeker.

Not a very good dagger unless you want to screw around with it. The materials required for this have better uses and should be put into other projects that are more valuable. Trust me, this is pretty useless.

Supposedly in the 3 Procs per Minute range. That is, even if you keep Slice and Dice up as a Rogue for this or Flurry as a Warrior or Shaman, it will only proc somewhere about 3 or so times per minute. The threat reduction is -540 per reduction, so if it were truely 3 proc's per minute, that's 1620 threat you shrug off. I don't know about you, but to sacrifice all stats on a dagger, as well as equal level ones giving about 5-6 DPS more... If for only another 2 seconds of swinging's aggro? As far as reducing threat, sure, it's nice. But what really reduced your threat. The three proc's you g

Still "useful" against level 80 mobs? Lol Assuming your vanish fails, you pull aggro with tank up and an untauntable boss, you have everything on cooldown with 0 energy, I'm guessing this would be a last chance resort. Assuming you can still change weapons in battle.
