Fired me into space to Shadowmoon Valley in Outland and I fell to my death on The Altar of Shadows in front of disguised Teron Gorefiend. 10/10 would fly again

I was in Valdrakken right in front of the Auction House -- accidentally clicked this toy (it's on my bars right next to my [npc=62809]), got shot way up above Valdrakken, I sighed and thought "Ok that's it, I'm moving this somewhere else on my bars"... As soon as I had that thought, I got a loading screen for The Burning Crusade, and all I could do was smile and laugh as I waited with curiosity to see where I'd end up... [b]Long story short, this toy took me from Valdrakken straight to Serpent Lake in Zangarmarsh, Outland! How amusing! :D[/b] I guess I'll get some Archaeology done, then.

24 hours cd, Just why?

Because Dragon Flight engineering is a massive joke.

@sargeraswasright The long CD isn't even related to engineering, but to toys in general. Blizzard seems reluctant to let anyone have fun for too long, so they have to carefully balance this fun by making sure to have almost every toy be on a 2-24 hour CD.

Used it in Orgrimmar and wound up in Terokkar Forest (Outland) high up in the air lol.

I cannot for the life of me figure out why this toy in particular costs dramatically more to make than anything else, even epic crafted pieces. Especialily when all it does is murder you!

This toy just launced me from Valdrakken to Outlands Nagrand 59.87, 19.84. Would have fell in the small lake but im a dh.

A truly ridiculous 24 hour cooldown.

It is quite fun though, not 24 hour cooldown worth of fun, but 'I don't regret building it despite the high mats cost' fun.

First time I used it I shot up above Valdrakken, definitely would have died but as a warrior I can heroic leap it.

Second time I was dueling another player and we weren't getting anywhere, so I waited to be out of combat and then did this so I would shoot up and commit suicide. I was very surprised when I shot up so far I ended up in the Outlands, in the Blade's Edge Mountains.

I'm going to make a habit of using this before I log out.

If it had a 1hr CD, it would actually be worth something.

I used it and it sent me to netherstorm by the Mana forge B'naar

so does this thing teleport you still? i have never seen that happen.

welp, as soon as i typed that, i tested it on an alt and had it teleport me to shattrath. so yes, it still does teleport you, its just very rare

works well with mutliple glide/fall decent toys could be useful in non flying areas

I am curious. Is this supposed to randomly teleport you somewhere random? As I used it and was starting to descend from the launch I got teleported to Hellfire Peninsula in Outland in the Pools of Aggonar to be exact (I was in Tanaris doing Wow 20th anniversary activities)

I use this & goblin glider to make my weekly commute in the Antorus Wastes to the Antorus raid portal more bearable. Saves trawling through that fel lake.

Incredibly useful to cover long, awkward distances in conjunction with Goblin Glider or whatever they're called.
