You should be able to wear this appearance when you speak with [npc=192674] in Ruby Lifeshrine (And other locations). You will have to select
"I would like to talk about my profession equipment."and then
"I want to see my crafting equipment. Show it when I craft and leave it on afterwards."
However, at this moment 10.0.2.46801 Nov. 29 2022 it does not currently work. I pray for the day I can wear this.As of 10.0.2.46924 Dec. 02 2022 It works! You can wear this now! To be able to to wear it follow the above and harvest a plant. Is removed during combat, and has to be put back on by harvesting another plant.
Would be awesome if it was fully transmog capable. One can dream.
