Currently in the Beta this drops from the Theater Troupe Event.

dropped for the weekly chest quest or the green/blue/purple chests from the event?

Someone dropped it on live yet? Are there multiple chances per week or are we just praying for RNG?

I just seen dude advertizing that he have it so ye it drops... No items on AH yet but they will be quickly sniped

Around 12 were on NA AH yesterday. Currently 8. Price dropped as low as 800k. So it's not as rare as Lariat thankfully.

@Philomela IIRC they nerfed the drop rate on the Lariat I think

I dropped it on a tailoring/inscription character - so i think for everyone

I can confirm both questions. The toon was Inscriptor/Tailor and the design dropped from the weekly chest.

Just another confirmation, got it on my toon that have tailoring/engineering.

Is the design warband bound?

It's sellable, so I don't think it's restricted in any way.

The wowhead tooltip states how to severe the bond…….. how do you create a bond / bind to someone?

I don't have one and haven't done it but probably the use changes if you don't have a bond to "create a bond with target ally" or something like that. someone else will probably tell you eventually though

Must have done theatre troupe 100 times as my stubborn ass doesn't want to buy the recipe, prayge for a drop soon.

Edit: have 4/5 drops with binding recipe being last, at this rate you might see me part of the crew for the theatre in midnight. 1 like = 1 prayge.
