Dragon Wing Blade

This sword has the same mesh as Demonslayer ( http://www.wowhead.com/?item=13044 ) one of my favorites in the game.

I would buy it just for its looks...

My 64 retri paladin have one with the +88 attack power. I'm currently happy with this weapon. [And yes, it's the same mesh with Demonslayer and Doombringer (I had it too before this one, great blade for it's level) and also the one Felguards carry.

How is such a short blade a 2h weapon? I've seen 1h weapons at least twice as bulky....

If you come across one of these post 4.3, don't be afraid to put it on the AH for several hundred gold - extremely rare drop rate and would look wicked on some dk transmorg sets.

I just put one in the AH... but I reallllly want it for my DK or warrior lol

I just looted this from my salvage yard and was curious about the going rate for transmog on AH. My auctioneer doesn't have any data on it. I'm going to go ahead and assume its very rare and give it an obscene price. :)

This sword is inexplicably bright, if you equip it in the game. The hilt and blade glows brightly without any enchantment.

This can be found in a Big Crate of Salvage from the garrison. :>

Seem that since 7.1 this sword is no longer blue and is now more of a yellow-ish color. Intended or a bug?

I just realized that they changed the Demonslayer and Dragon Wing Blade to brown, which is pretty stupid since Doomslayer already has the brownish/gold appearance. I'm pretty upset because this was my favorite blue 2 Hander in the game. It looked so nice against dark blue armor sets. I really hope they change it back because now, there are 3 swords with the same brown color. Don't get me wrong, I also love the Doombringer and I have it as well but I also love the blue color.

I just bought Dragon Wing Blade on the AH and apparently it has been changed back to the original. It has a blue-black diamond pattern on the hilt, and the skull and the blade near the skull are purplish.

Just looted this blade from Dampscale Basilisk in Terokkar Forest in patch 7.3.2. Prices seem to hover in the 25-75k range. The sword looks amazing.
