I did, finally. And it only took 98 delves to get this, the only pattern I have ever received from a delve. At this rate I should have all the patterns in a decade or so. Seriously, the best way to get these is probably buying the mat bags for 600 moxie. I've gotten two patterns that way (neither was for tailoring, but at least it's something.) Edit: it seems delves are tracked separately, so the total count is likely closer to 200-300.
