Haliscan Pantaloons

This NPC is no longer at Steamwheedle Port: By SDPhantom (342 – 5) on 2010/10/25 (Patch 4.0.1) Moved to Gadgetzan (50.7,28.6) in Cataclysm (Patch 4.0.3).

The "Haliscan" outfit is named after a state in Mexico called Jalisco, the birthplace of Mariachi. It is modeled after the classic "charro" outfit worn by the musicians.

It should be noted that the hat of this set is a quest reward from Don Carlos for the Caverns of Time: Durnholde Keep instance. There is also a blue version of the hat that allows you to summon a ghost coyote when worn.

Note that these are iLvl 35 with no level requirement to wear making them a suitable alternative to [url=http://www.wowhead.com/?item=10035]Tuxedo Pants[/url] for twinks or low level alts to put a spellthread or leg armor on.

The total mats for Shirt and Pants are... Mageweave Cloth - 45 Black Dye - 5 Red Dye - 1 Heavy Silken Thread - 6 Shouldn't cost to much to get a tailor to craft for you

i all the stuff, even the rare version of the hat, but what boots r there to wear with the set

The leg and chest pieces are item level 35, but wearable by level 1 characters. Place random enchantment of your choice on these, and give them to your favorite level 1 character, it's almost too easy. Takes some of the headache off if it's about your 6th or 7th character. Just my 2 cents

The vast majority of leg enchants [b]now threaten to turn your pants soulbound[/b]. The best non-binding enchant I can find is [url=http://www.wowhead.com/?item=15564]Rugged Armor Kit[/url], as the iLvl requirement is 35 and it doesn't bind - just have a 40+ do it then mail them over to your low level character.
