Cranial Thumper

Take the path North of Brill towards the Crypt. Go down to the water. He's up on a hill with one add, directly across from the bones of the beached... whale? Not sure what it is. 57, 28 for those with coords.

I just find this item from skining the boss of Blasted Lands, Teremus the Devourer. lol

It wont drop from him anymore sadly, he is lvl 9 instead of 12 now

Confirmed dropping from Deeb again in 10.1.7. Took about a dozen kills so definitely not 100% drop chance. Drops in addition to the random boe green that rares typically drop.

I just got this item off Deeb too. Took me 25-30 kills.

He respawns fairly quickly - 30mins-1hr? I killed him 3 times this morning and got the thumper on 3rd kill - rare luck as I grind away nearby in Scarlet Monastery!

The drop percentage probably isn't entirely accurate, but it references the drop data currently posted here on Wowhead as of this post (1.6%).
