Ghost Iron Staff

Would love to see the mats on the recipe, so i can start to farm them (at least the pre-MoP mats).

Can be upgraded to [item=79343] by a scribe.

New scribe staff. Will definitely be popular and a new good drive to make you go Inscription.\ Can also be upgraded incredibly to a 476 staff.

Having myself a Dk scribe, the only thing that makes me sad is that there are no signs of a melee counterpart.

Troubadour, I think you mean no signs of a STR based counterpart. (monks and druids who will use AGIL based staff will be melee)

Troubadour has a point though, a bit weird they didn't give Blacksmithing some sort of BoA sword or axe or mace.

It reminds me of the staffs carried by the characters on the old cartoon "Visionaries: Knights of the Magical Light". I approve.

I was hoping to make this on my hunter for my monk, but it looks like only the epic is BoA and not the blue so I couldn't upgrade it for her later unless I wanted to make 2 blue ones...sad :(

Yes, it would be nice if they had a BoE version for selling and BoA version for the account, but on the bright side the mats for the blue one aren't too hard to get.

Appears to be the same model as [url=http://www.wowhead.com/npc=50821#drops]Ai-Li Skymirror[/url]'s staff, which I wanted to transmog for awhile...

I got it because it looks kewl from the AH and was not collected... still not collected after equipped and soulbound :-(
