Just got an "of the Tiger" out of an Iron Bound Trunk fishing Oily Blackmouth pools in N. Stranglethorn, crazy mon.

I actually got mine while farming for a Sprite Darter pet in Feralas, off of a Noxious Whelp.

This item can be looted via the salvage yard in your garrison building. Just got one out of a [item=114120]

Fun was detected and blizzard removed these. It's a shame it was a GREAT source of transmogs.
