Ennadee's Twirling Longbow

I'd just like to point out for any hunters here... the secondary stat budget on this bow is 100% equivalent to [item=87419]- a 450 two-hander. Finally.

Ranged weapons in MoP are specifically "aimed" at hunters as the ranged slot has been removed. The staff will be sought after by Druids and Monks. No more relics, ranged, or wand specific slots. Two hands for 1H or 2H weapons and Hunters will want to use ranged weapons in the hands.

I think his point was we finally no longer need a separate stat stick that we have a full stat budget in one weapon.

Got it from a Coldbite Crocolisk in Lake of Stars, Dread Wastes. Not sure if the wowhead client managed to pick that up.

Don't go dropping thousands of gold on one of these, despite how alluring it may seem. Heroics are dropping ilevel 456 ranged weapons, so if you're into any kind of progression at all you wont be using this bow for long. Learned by experience...

People who are paying thousands of gold are paying to use it at level 85 onwards and not as upgrade at level 90. This way they won't have to worry about a weapon for quite a while.

i just bought one for 100g. i feel like i ripped someone off.

by the time you hit 90 you will get better weapons waste of money IMO maybe for transmog but thats it..got a better weapon my very first heroic dungeon.. i dont know how long it takes the avg person to go 85-90 but 3-4 days it took me was a waste of 5000g

You have to take into consideration that this is the ultimate Hunter PvP weapon. For the person that enjoys levelling slowly via battlegrounds, this item will be worth every penny just for evil smile of satisfaction as they crush the enemy faction from 85 through 89 :)

Well, look at the LEVEL requirement. This is an 85 weapon that's equal to a decent-range 90 weapon.

This bow has the same model as [item=81279] and [item=87546] but is the one with the colors to match the [itemset=-603] set and its heroic dungeon equivalent.

These BOE blues with 440-450 ilvl, level 85 req's sell for [u][b]A LOT[/b][/u] on my server

they should, they make leveling much faster and in many cases you wont replace it till 90 and after a few runs of pvp or pve before you switch it out.

This bow is the most powerful req. lvl 85 ranged weapon in the game. I believe the next closest weapon as an 85 is the Fishsticker Crossbow and the repair cost of the Ennadee bow is less than 1/3 the repair cost that the repair of the Fishsticker Crossbow is.

Worth nothing that the Fishsticker is an epic, but is easily farmed from a rare spawn in Jade Forest. But this bow far surpasses Fishsticker in every way.

It may be the most powerful bow, but the sonic pulse generator gun from arch is a heroic dungeon ilvl and can even be upgraded....and still for lvl 85. talk about op

Just to confirm this is the best bow to lvl 90 and beyond. Cost at this moment runs between 7K - 9K. Worthwhile investment methinks. If you combine this with lvl 415 blue mail Storm set (wearable at lvl 85)you will kill dead things.If you do not run Heroics or Raids then tactic is run battlegrounds when you ding 90 for [item=84896 domain=www] and upgrade to lvl 478. Note that MOP has severly overpowered hunters in BG's even with PVE gear. In 5.1 you do not need conquest points for tier 12 PVP gear, you can buy them with honor points. If you are running BG's before 5.1 turn in honor points for Justice points untill you reach max, then max out honor points. When 5.1 comes turn your justice points back into honor points.You do not need PVE gear to do faction quests. if you have full set of dreadful or higher then you will be ok. Tilers quests, Shadow Pan and Golden Lotus rep can easily be done in PVP gear.

edit...re sivla post. If you can buy this at 1k get it. Although I disagree with it's common at 1k. Depends on what server you are on.Also the Fishsticker Crossbow is 2200.9 DPS whilst this bow is 2910.6 DPS.

Why do they call it a Longbow when it's smaller than your average shortbow. Gonna have to transmog this.

if you are fully ilvl 450 geared, you can really whoop ass in 85-89 BGs. if you are level 88-89 and fully ilvl 450 geared, you can really dominate in BGs.

Patch 5.2 which will come out soon, will now have Mantid archaeology which will have [item=95392] as a new solve. That gun is obviously much better than this bow so hunters will have an even better leveling weapon at 85. If you have this bow I would sell it immediately before the patch hits while prices are high. After the patch, prices on this bow will surely steadily decline.

*buzzer noise* Wrong. [item=95392] is a good deal stronger, especially once upgraded to 471. Its DPS tops out at 3539.7.

I recently hit level 80. I've had my eyes on this bow for a while. It came up in AH and I had just spent a bunch of gold on master riding. Anyway, I whispered the seller and told them I sold everything on all my toons and sent the gold to my hunter. What I had was way less than what they were asking. In an act of awesomeness the player sold the bow to me. A great experience. Thank You Hroda! Oh, and gave me an enchantment t'boot. There is kindness in the world.

1575 gold is what I paid, good deal I think. Lvl 86 hunter, I can hit for 160k+ now on aimed shots, lvl 380 gear average. Highly suggest getting this at the right price, it's ranked 95ish in the top 100 ranged weapons in WoW and usable at 85. Had a scope mounted to it also, chance to get 1800 agility for 10 sec really helps put this over the top. Even at the 2500g buyout price it would have been worth it.

This is the most beautiful bow in the game.

Just looted that one in ToT 25 HC on trash. I looked at how it fits a Zandalarie male and it's very small and poorly adapted. I hope they will fix it.
