This item,amongst all of the Black Metal weapons will not drop from the ghouls.Until blizz decides to put them back in ofc ;/

If anyone is interested or looking for this information, from what I know this is an item that was not introduced into the salvage yard system, and still remains a very rare item along with the other black metal weapons and various other removed items.

Countdrop atm is 17 out of 99663
