Dragonstrike, Reborn

A slightly weaker version of the [url=http://www.wowhead.com/item=95815]LFR mace from Lei Shen[/url] despite being the same ilvl. For those that don't even do LFR this is most likely one of the best 1 handers for hybrid casters/healers available this tier.

I wouldn't say it's weaker, it has an extra .30% haste for just 11 less spirit.

That red socket will net you at least 220 more intellect (including socket bonus). Hands down your strongest stat.

Except when it isn't. Yes it's a primary stat but that doesn't make it the best in a given situation. (Spriest says hi to haste, elem might want to get this one too.)

Yea it should be 180 motes.

Reason it is 600 motes is because he include the alchemist transmuting into living steel

Is this considered an "Armament of the Thunder King?" Are you able to socket this with your Eye of the Black Prince?

Sadly no. I was unable to find an answer to this myself, so I went ahead and bought an eye. It wouldn't let me use it. :(

According to MMO Champion patch 5.3 PTR Notes Update - May 14 - states that Eye of the Black Prince can now be used to apply a prismatic socket on Reborn weapons ... so these crafted weapons become considerably better than the LFR ilvl 502 equivalents if you have completed the legendary quest. If you can pick one up cheapish now pre-patch may be a worthwhile upgrade path for LFRaiders...

the eye can not be used to place a +500 gem last i checked.

This [b]is[/b] considered an armament and you [b]can[/b] use the eye on it. My druid is currently wielding this with the added socket from the eye. It might not have worked previously, but if so then it's been fixed.

Good set, idk why it was rated down. Only thing I might change is the chest piece to Battleforge and the shield to [item=34676]

I really like it better with the Dragonheart Flameshield, because it resembles the dragon kind-of theme from the helmet and the main hand perfectly.

To bad a warlock can't use it. Depressing.

Probably not since mw monks and ele shammies can't either. Somehow they lose the ability while changing specs. :P

Have Druids ever been able to dual wield weapons?

Nobody that can dual wield will want to dual this one. All dual wielders are Agility or Strength specs. Anyone that can use this effectively cannot dual wield. @Kharth, druids can only dual wield in feral form I believe, certainly not Boom or Resto.

While druids can indeed wear 1H weapons, they are not able to DW. They've never been.
