Restrung Voodoo Bow

Thank [i]goodness[/i] Blizzard decided to re-add this model into the game. It looks great for transmogrification and I know plenty of hunters will be rejoicing at the idea of the model finally returning.

I do like it, but since my hunter's mog is black, I wish there were a black version and the fact that there isn't makes me a sad panda. *pout*

With the patch this is coming along in, the bow is looking to be a random drop from the trolls, mogu, and no doubt dinosaurs you'll be killing in the Isle of Giants and Isle of the Thunder King. So hey, you can get good transmog gear, hopefully, from just doing dailies.

Just picked this up as a random drop from one of the troll on the Isle of Thunder. It looks like the reintroduced gear will be random drops, so be sure to double check your bags before you sell everything. These greens are probably going to be popular with the transmog crowd, so check your AH if you're looking for them and put them on the AH instead of vendoring or DEing them.

Also of note, this is not a recolor of the original, so if you already have that bow, there is no need to get this one.

Not sure why downvoted. These (and other new Xmog weaponry) are extremely profitable. I sold this for 2.5k and the Saurjaw Dagger to a guildie for the same price.

Downvoted because no one cares how much it sold for on an unlisted server. He didn't say which faction, which realm, etc. Simply "haha I just got 2k" which provides no useful information to anyway.

Falsh Lickmycritt, it tells that you can sell it for a profitable amount, though it's safe to say that the ones who want these items the most are likely to be trolls, thus it sells for more on horde. on Argent Dawn items such as this are cheaper on the Alliance, but what stops you from getting a pal to help you import via Booty Bay AH?

This is on of the best looking bows in game in my opinion. Even though I play a Blood Elf, I love dressing her up in Troll Flavor outfits. A bow with tusks? A++

Finally, bow that actually fits for Troll Imago. I think I re-create my Troll Hunter and try get this one. And Amani Mail.

If you happen to find this item and thinking of vendoring it, think again! I sold this beauty for 4100g on AH last night, snapped it up for 250g a couple of days ago.

Just sold one of these on Silvermoon EU for just under 5k, I am now one happy camper! Got it while farming Primal egg on Isle of Giants.

anyone have any tips for farming this bow? its on the AH for 26k on my server (its been on there for over a week now). Ive been clearing the trash in ToT and doing dailies on the isle of thunder, no luck so far.

I spent a bit over 12 hours killing the reanimated warriors and their reanimators (the mogu) on the Isle of Thunder. After seeing every other weapon and/or shield with the ZA theme, the bow finally dropped for me. During the process I also made quite a lot of gold (from lockboxes, vendoring trash and greens) and got plenty of items for any potentional transmog hunters. If you don't mind the grind, I believe the terrace is the best place to farm the bow - the mobs respawn before you finish the circle.

After looking at the mobs who can drop this bow, I decided to farm all the trash in Throne of Thunder after Horridon, before Council of Elders. It took a while but it dropped off those trolls.

A neat trick to speed things up: Using Group Finder with a group started by my alt, I could farm all the trash, leave party, be teleported out after 60 seconds, then join again the group in group finder, reset all instances, and re-enter and farm more trash. Using this method, I took me a probably a few hours over a few days, but definitely less than 12 hours as seen in another comment here.

As a bonus, I got a bunch of Living Sandling pets!

After an hour of killing mobs on the Isle of Giants I obtained this item. 0.04% drop rate as far as I can tell. Too small of a sample size but might help.

Im such an idiot. I thought this was some trash tmog item and sold it for 250 gold instead of 17k. Days of farming, all for nothing
