As a windwalker, you can spam Blackout Kick without loosing any damage from the DoT!
Imagine if this hits for 100k (not doing crits or anything, just hits) thats 20,000 damage over 4 seconds (5,000 damage/second).
Then you use it again when the DoT has 2 seconds left (10,000 damage) the DoT duration gets refreshed, and the damage is now 30,000 over 4 seconds (7,500 damage/second).Basically, the Blackout Kick DoT Damage rolls into the next application, so you dont loose anything by refreshing the DoT, the damage adds on, so go on, spam away!
