Replaces Sunder Armor.

Weakened Armor
Weakens the armor of the target by 4% for 30 sec.

How it works

Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

Devastate is built from 4 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Dummy (effect type 3).
  2. Effect 2 is Weapon % Damage (effect type 31). Its base value is 220.
  3. Effect 3 is effect type 121, which the datamine does not name. Its base value is 1.
  4. Effect 4 is Trigger Spell (effect type 64). It triggers Weakened Armor.

What it does

Devastate is a Physical spell with an instant cast and a range of 5 yards. When cast it deals a percentage of weapon damage (base value 220). It also casts Weakened Armor. It stacks up to 3 times.

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the MoP Classic client, build 5.5.4.70631. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
