How it works

Each cast of Devastate costs 15 Rage. Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

Devastate is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:

  2. Effect 2 is Weapon % Damage (effect type 31). Its base value is 120.
