You smash a keg of brew on the target, dealing to damage to all nearby enemies. Also drenches targets in your Dizzying Haze and applies the Weakened Blows effect. Generates 2 Chi.

Dizzying Haze
You hurl a keg of your finest brew, reducing the movement speed of all enemies within 8 yards. Deals a high amount of threat.

Affected targets have a chance to have their melee attacks misfire and strike themselves instead for damage.

Weakened Blows
Demoralizes the target, reducing their physical damage dealt by 10% for 30 sec.

Each cast of Keg Smash costs 40 Energy. Casting it triggers a 1 sec global cooldown. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.
