How it works

Each cast of Keg Smash costs 40 Energy. It works on charges (charge category 1490); the charge count and recharge time live in a client table the datamine does not carry, so they are not stated here. Casting it triggers a 1 sec global cooldown. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.
