A word of dark binding that inflicts 1 Shadow damage to the target and grants a Shadow Orb. Only usable on enemies that have less than 20% health.
If the target does not die, the cooldown is reset, but this additional Shadow Word: Death does not grant a Shadow Orb. This effect has a 9 sec cooldown.
How it works
Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown. Its dispel type is client id 1.
Shadow Word: Death is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is School Damage (effect type 2). Its base value is 1. It scales with 0.539 times spell power.
- Effect 2 is School Damage (effect type 2). Its base value is 1. It scales with 2.157 times spell power.

Shadow Word: Death is a Shadow spell with an instant cast, a range of 40 yards and an 8 sec cooldown. When cast it deals Shadow damage (base value 1).
