How to Obtain
Wild Capture
Wild pets are captured, not looted. Find one in Stonetalon Mountains, start a pet battle, bring it below 35% health, then use a trap before finishing the battle.
Mule Deer: ability choices and unlocks
The table connects Mule Deer to its recorded abilities, grouped by combat slot. Open an ability to inspect its effects and other pets with the same move.
| Ability | Slot | Unlock level |
|---|---|---|
| Hoof | Slot 1 | 1 |
| Stampede | Slot 1 | 10 |
| Tranquility | Slot 2 | 2 |
| Nature's Ward | Slot 2 | 15 |
| Bleat | Slot 3 | 4 |
| Headbutt | Slot 3 | 20 |
- Slot 1 pairs Hoof (level 1) with Stampede (level 10). These share a slot; a loadout cannot use both at once.
- Slot 2 pairs Tranquility (level 2) with Nature's Ward (level 15). These share a slot; a loadout cannot use both at once.
- Slot 3 pairs Bleat (level 4) with Headbutt (level 20). These share a slot; a loadout cannot use both at once.
Before leveling this pet for a team, check which of these alternatives your plan needs. Compare its in-game health, power and speed with the requirements of the encounter. A matching ability name alone does not establish that two pets are interchangeable.
