Anyone doing this for housing decor and can't get the quest from Griftah~~
Check for this quest in Valdrakken and if that's not up check the Inn for a bread crumb quest to head to that dragon to head to Griftah
I couldn't get the quest on my main characters so I just kept cycling through alts until one could get this quest chain started (it was on a remix character that never touched Dragonflight) and once you've gotten that quest from the Dragon its a daily, took me two days to get the one I needed
I thought it bugged out for me but I had to take the quest from Rumiastrasza (61.5 11.8) in Valdrakken before (I completed the quest before). He sends you to Obsidian Citadel in The Waking Shores.

Don' you look at me like dat! It's what da Djaradin be calling dem, not me! Good luck down there. I wouldn't go alone if was you.
