This can be completed with any "DANGER:" world quest (there will be a gold dragon around the world quest on the map). It will NOT work with "WANTED:" world quests.

Don't forget to have your hatchling out!

Edit: apparently "DANGER:" world quests are not the ONLY rare elite world quests that will give credit; see Eskavado's post for a full list.

All world quests prefixed with 'DANGER: ' are considered Rare Elite World Quests and will grant credit.

There are also quests which lack the prefix but should also give credit.

Blue = rare, golden dragon = elite, so you want a world quest that has both.
