You need to kill [npc=124719] He is in Greater Invasion Point: Pit Lord Vilemus Portal you can find in Antoran Wastes is under bridge left side from beacon.
He is using 2 skills. First on is [spell=247733] is pushing you back and when you casting you will get silence for 6s. Second spell is [spell=247731] just don't stand on line. Drop is AP + item 930+.
