Bracers of Destructive Strength

Wow. Blizzard actually gives us a BS pattern for DPS plate that is actually useful to warriors rather than being haste garbage

These bracers are amazing and definetly overbudgeted, making them potentially better than the heroic STR plate bracers for some classes.

Currently, they give 231 strength and have 2 red sockets, with a +20 STR bonus for matching them. Socketing two Bold Queen's Garnet will give you a total of 351 strength.

This means they'll outperform the higher ilevel bracers, [item=78569] and [item=78373] (this one will give you a total of 346 STR, after gem and socket bonus). Not only it gives more STR, but also expertise before cap is valued over the haste and mastery of the other options, which are also very poor stats for Warriors.

It's also incredibly overbudgeted compared to the same ilevel options: [item=77317] and [item=77270].

If these bracers stay as is, I'll possibly be 50k poorer to craft them on the first few weeks, but that will be one of the best investments made, since they'll last me until the first green, quest reward bracer in Mists of Pandaria.

This is actually not true.The 378 gloves and boots pattern that drop in firelands have critical and hit on them, the 2 most important stats for dps warrior. Anyway, this will by far be the BiS pre-heroic.2 red sockets (3 if blacksmith), critical and expertise make this an amazing piece for a warrior.
