Transmute: Primal Diamond

Came here to check if it has a cooldown and it appears not to have any. So it should be easy to find an Alchemist that will do this for a small tip =)

the proc rate is always ~21%

For what it is worth profit wise, a transmute alchemist alone has seven proc chances in which s/he can reduce the actual cost of transmuting one Primal Diamond:

• 2x Vermillion Onyx, 2x Wild Jade & 2x Imperial Amethyst: -16% per extra gem.
• 
  
• 1x Primal Diamond: -100% per extra gem.

You might want to consider changing profit margins based on the 20% chance to proc, in which the cumulative chance to get at least one proc in the seven crafts you make is ~80%. Take note that these processes, based on actual profit value on the rare gems themselves, should also be seen as seperate processes. Any additional rare gem left can be sold or crafted into something that might sell less than a 1/6 Primal Diamond relatively, but will profit from the -16% cost reduction individually.
